Graphic Designer and Marketing

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and skilled in both strategic planning and practical implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute Kerama Group’s marketing plan, aligning with business goals and driving growth.
• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content across channels (web, social media, print, etc.) that reflects our brand and product offerings.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize online marketing activities including SEO, Google Ads, email campaigns, and social media advertising.
• Design & Branding: Ensure consistent branding in all visuals; design product brochures, ads, and promotional materials as needed.
• Event Coordination: Organize trade show materials, manage promotional events, and support product launches.
• Communications: Develop internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, and customer outreach.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to measure impact and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, with proven ability to manage diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, online marketing tools, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (in Dutch and English).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset.
