The Role
We’re searching for a proactive and strategic Key Account Manager to join our B2B Sales team in Amsterdam and drive growth in the Netherlands market. As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for our top corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact, build meaningful client relationships, and innovate customer success strategies within Easy Park.
You'll be responsible for promoting our innovative B2B solutions that help businesses streamline their parking management, reduce administration costs, and improve employee satisfaction. Our solutions provide seamless parking experiences for employees, including automated payments, digital receipts, and real-time parking availability, contributing to smoother traffic flow and reduced congestion in urban areas.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with existing and new key corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and driving business growth.
- Identify New Opportunities: Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and needs, identify & close upsell opportunities, and propose tailored solutions to enhance their success.
- Agile Problem Solving: Quickly adapt your approach to meet the needs of diverse clients, confidently presenting recommendations.
- Achieve Sales KPIs: Use an effective targeting approach to meet and exceed sales and activity targets.

Your BackgroundWhile we know one size doesn’t fit all, the ideal candidate would bring:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, particularly in Key Account Management or similar roles
- Skilled in negotiations and agreement handling
- Strong time and project management abilities with a keen sense for prioritizing
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to different scenarios
- Fluency in both Dutch and English (required)
