Who you are
Do you have a background in logistics or production? Are you skilled at leading and inspiring teams while keeping an eye on the big picture? If so, you could be the Assistant Supervisor we're searching for.
Also, you possess the following qualities:
- You have experience overseeing a small team;
- You are familiar with ERP systems, with SAP experience being a plus;
- You are proficient in MS Office and Excel.
What will you do ...
As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll manage a team of around 25 people. You'll ensure that tasks are well-distributed and completed efficiently. While doing this, you are the main point of contact for your team. A significant part of your role will be to keep the team motivated.Furthermore, you will check the team's performance and have evaluations.
