Currently our Marketing team consists out of our Marketing manager, a Digital Marketing specialist and a part time Marketing coordinator.

To expand our marketing team, we have an opening for a: Content Specialist

Your Assignment

We are looking for a creative and driven Content Specialist who can develop, manage, and optimize compelling content across multiple platforms to enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. You must be in possession of a valid European work permit or citizenship.

• Develop and write engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media posts, webinars and marketing materials.
• Optimize content for SEO to enhance search engine visibility.

• Create, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram).
• Basic graphic design skills to create image and video content for social media.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to enhance reach and engagement.

• Work closely with various teams (internal and external) to ensure a consistent brand message and effective content delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in content creation, content management, or a similar role.

• Proficiency in using CMS platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Experience in SEO and content optimization techniques.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch.

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Valid European work permit or citizenship.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
