As a recruiter at Unilever, you will be the go-to person for the talent needs of the functions you support. This includes overseeing the internal recruitment process You’ll be a trusted talent advisor for both the business and HR, providing guidance, insights, and support to deliver great quality service to hiring managers, drive excellence, and create a more human candidate experience
Responsibilities- Advise business teams on trends, opportunities, and internal talent gaps;
- Lead the talent agenda in cooperation with business leads and HR, focusing on demand planning, talent pipelines, and succession planning;
- Create and implement talent strategies to build diverse internal and external talent pipelines for short-term and long-term business needs;
- Oversee the entire internal vacancy process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers (entry-level to executive roles);
- Drive recruitment through new channels to meet talent needs;
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
You are passionate about attracting top talent and delivering world-class candidate experiences. You have excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills and know how to find talent in a fast-changing environment. Additionally, you know about collaboration as no other, are able to adapt quickly, and proficient in MS Office, digital sourcing tools, and HR systems.
Wat wij bieden- A monthly salary between €4000- and €5000,- (gross);
- Travel reimbursement for commuting;
- A position at a highly reputable company;
- Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home;
- 32 hours a week can be determined in consultation. 40 hours is preferrable.
Wat wij vragen:
- At least finished hbo Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum required: 4 years of demonstrated experience in Talent Management;
- Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills is a must;
- Fluency in English.

Salarisindicatie: Tussen €4.200 en €4.700 Per maand
