This role is a part of the Global Mobility Team and reports to the Global Mobility & Compensation Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pro-active advice, guidance and insights to our business and to stakeholders on matters relating to international assignments including global mobility policies, processes, and requirements.
• Responsible for a portfolio of international assignments, manage the end-to-end assignment process.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations and provide advice and guidance on international tax obligations and ensure compliance with tax regulations for globally mobile employees.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and 3rd party external partners to ensure our policies and processes are compliant with immigration, social security and tax requirements.
• Share and explain cost estimates and assignment packages, conduct briefings with international workers.
• Maintain knowledge of international mobility developments, particularly in the areas of remote working, cross-border working and business travel.
• Lead and participate in Global Mobility & Comp team projects.
• Train local People teams as and when needed, on mobility topics and processes.

• 5 years’ experience required in a complex international service-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of tax and immigration regulations for mobile workers within Europe.
• Experience with working with different stakeholders at different levels and in different countries
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English
• Good Microsoft Office skills
