As the Country Sales Manager for Be Ne Lux, you are a driven professional with a passion for owning your market and achieving results. In this role, you’ll be responsible for expanding Simbase’s footprint in Be Ne Lux, leveraging your sales expertise to attract new business and drive growth. You are highly motivated, customer-focused, and eager to work in a collaborative environment where your efforts make a tangible difference.Ideally, you are based in Amsterdam, working closely with our team to bring Simbase’s solutions to the Be Ne Lux market.
What you'll do
- Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads, setting the foundation for long-term growth.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead every stage of the sales process from initial outreach to close, focusing on startups and SMBs in Be Ne Lux.
- Generate Leads Independently: Actively source new opportunities through cold calling, networking, research, and territory management to establish a strong presence.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression, regardless of deal size, building trust and loyalty with each customer.
- Identify Customer Needs: Listen and engage deeply to understand customer pain points, tailoring Simbase solutions to address them effectively.
- Coordinate for Customer Success: Work closely with our customer service and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction, setting customers up for success from day one.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience: 2-3 years in a sales-focused, customer-facing role with a proven track record of top performance, ideally in a B2B (Saa S) environment.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience selling to SME clients, with a strong focus on building relationships and delivering customer value.
- Resourcefulness: A creative problem-solver who can think on your feet and find effective solutions in dynamic situations.
- Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal and written skills in both Dutch and English, allowing you to convey ideas effectively and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Adaptability and Drive: A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with the resilience and motivation to achieve ambitious goals.
