Your opportunities as Business Development Manager title at Capgemini Engineering
As a business development manager, you are skilled in managing and developing business for the Hightech & Semiconductor Industry. You are good at identifying customer needs and focus on entering sustainable partnerships. You understand the challenges of the sector, you can discuss them with Key Stakeholders, orchestrate and connect with the Capgemini Engineering Portfolio.
Your responsibilities include:
- Be responsible for strategically selling in the Hightech & Semiconductor Industry.
- 3-8 years of consultative/challenging selling experience.
- Demonstrated sales track record, committed to overachieving.
- Managing and supervising sales processes and be the orchestrator.
- Drawing up plans to guarantee (long-term) growth.
- Ensure clear reporting.
- Promoting the vision of Capgemini Engineering at networking events, webinars, symposia, etc.

- Bachelor or Master
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an ambitious and commercially driven environment.
- Demonstrable experience in generating business, preferably Engineering or R&D related.
- Developing and maintaining contacts at management and board level.
- Good command of English and ideally Dutch language.
