The Role: Senior Product Manager

• Engage deeply with our users, learning from their experiences to ensure Speakap is a vital tool for their daily lives.
• Develop a deep understanding of our users, business objectives, and the technology landscape, using this knowledge to shape impactful product strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end Product Discovery process, identifying opportunities that address user problems and align with business goals.
• Work closely with product designers, engineers, and the commercial team to build intuitive, relevant, and viable solutions for our customers.
• Stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure our product remains innovative and competitive.
• Create, manage, and evaluate product metrics to drive data-driven decisions, ensuring that each solution delivers measurable value.
• Guide teams in testing and validating features through hypothesis-driven methods, using KPIs to track success and iterate where necessary.
• Mentor and lead other product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, with a strong focus on B2B Saa S products.
• Language: Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and use data, and business cases to make informed decisions.
• Leadership Skills: You inspire teams with your vision and work collaboratively to rally them around product goals.
• Customer Focus: You empathize with customer needs, skillfully identifying the core of their challenges and advocating for solutions that add real value.
• Design Thinking: An instinctive problem-solver, you understand the end user’s goals, challenges, and aspirations, guiding teams to build products that address them effectively.
• Curiosity and Learning: You continually seek new information, asking insightful questions to ensure that solutions are grounded in understanding.
• Availability: You can visit our Amsterdam office at least twice a week.
