FrieslandCampina Amersfoort is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service employee with a focus on order management in particular. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and the smooth coordination of incoming orders to cash operations.
Responsibilities
From managing orders to collaborating with (internal) stakeholders, you will navigate through a fast-paced environment with adaptability and flexibility. Your ability to multitask and prioritize will be essential as you juggle various tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this position, you will:
- Manage customer orders, ensure accurate and timely processing into the system;
- Ensure Clean Desk procedures in SAP related to orders, invoices and corrections;
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, address inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders, shipping and product availability;
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and planning to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded;
- Keeping customers up to date by providing order updates, delivery schedules, and any necessary changes or delays.
This is a job for 32 or 36 hours a week. This job requires you to speak and write English AND French or English AND Italian. Starting date: March 1st.
Wat wij bieden- Salary between €3200,- and €4000,-, depending on work experience;
- Choice to receive salary weekly or per 4 weeks;
- Full reimbursement when travelling by public transport, €0,23 per km when travelling by own transport;
- Starting date = March 1st;

Wat wij vragen:
- At least finished mbo level 4 in a relevant field;
- Speak and write English AND French, or English AND Italian fluently;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is a plus;
- A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
