Our client is one of the leading international coppanies.

To strengthen and support their finance/HR departments we are actively looking for a Payroll Officer a.i. in the region of Rotterdam for a period of at least 6 months.

Functie

• manages payroll for the Netherlands with external provider, ensuring compliance with EMEA processes, payroll schedules, legal and taxation requirements, collective labor/tariff agreements, country specific requirements and internal auditing requirements.
• collects input for payroll mutations including the time register for manufacturing location and provides data to the external vendor via communication interface
• payroll calculations validation and check for potential errors
• provides reporting on payroll data for SOX, regulatory and internal purposes
• handles HR, employees and Managers queries
• troubleshoots problems involving other stakeholders if necessary
• maintains HRIS database (Workday) ensuring all data are accurate and transactions performed in the due time.
• Ensures all employee data are up to date, prepares standard HR documents (job contracts, amendments, job offers) manages benefits in-kind, and certain type of statutory benefits

• minimum 5 years of experience in independently handling Payroll and HR administration, preferably in manufacturing environment
• good Knowledge of MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel
• experience with HRIS, preferably Workday
• fluent English and Dutch written and spoken
• excellent work organization and diligence
