Software Engineering Manager
As Software engineering manager, your responsibility is to build and maintain successful, partially autonomous software development teams by fostering trust, collaboration, and personal growth. In this role, they oversee work processes and are jointly accountable for operational results, reporting to the Engineering Manager of the Radar Core Segment and the Head of Discipline Software Engineering.
- Primary responsibility: Build and maintain autonomous software development teams, fostering trust, collaboration, and personal growth.
- Scope: Manage workflows and contribute to operational outcomes for teams developing high-end data-processing software for radar and sensor systems.
- Reporting: Directly to the Engineering Manager (Radar Core Segment) and the Head of Software Engineering Discipline.
